As a site owner of www.shop.bioprogramme.bg, Bioprogramme JSC provides visitor access to all available information about products and services offered by the company. Please be informed that all content on this site incl. text, images and multimedia content falls under the protection of copyright and related rights. The visitor has the right to use information from this site solely for its own purposes and non-commercial use. The use of materials from this site for other purposes can be achieved by the visitor only with the express written consent of the owner or legal representative.
The visitor has the right to examine the content of the site and to order, pay and receive goods provided by Bioprogramme JSC through this website. The visitor has the right to examine information about previous orders made by him (provided if registered as a user of the site), and edit all his personal data. Any changes to the site and use in conflict with these Terms of Use by the visitor is prohibited. Any intentional action by the visitor aimed at hindering the normal functioning of the site are indictable.
Order, delivery and payment of goods
The owner offers available on this site products of the territory and in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria. The owner is entitled to refuse performance of the order without notice to the client where the visitor has indicated incorrect / meaningless or incomplete contact information, incl. name, address, telephone that prevent the timely and smooth delivery of the commodity.
Although the indication of a telephone number when registering a visitor or an anonymous order is not required, the lack of such entitles the owner to refuse performance of the contract without to notice visitor in any way and without liability for it.
The owner is not liable about failure to make the choice of goods due to reasons related to the settings of the web browser of the client (for example ban on execution of scripts, ban the acceptance of cookies, etc.). In such cases, assistance may be refused. When established technical problems arising from the shop.bioprogramme.bg, which hinder the normal selection of products, the Owner shall take the necessary measures to remedy them in the shortest possible time and to accept orders for goods from the customer otherwise.
The owner shall provide the visitor a choice of ways to pay for goods but not liable to the visitor in case of problems in carrying out the procedure for the payment of a technical nature - derived from shop.bioprogramme.bg or external systems. In the event of such problems and an inability to correct them within acceptable to both parties time, the owner has the right to refuse payment implementation chosen by the visitor and to propose an alternative method for making it.
The owner undertakes to prepare and pack the goods as convenient and suitable for transportation to the visitor by courier, but is not liable to the visitor in cases where goods are damaged through the fault of the courier / third parties as a result of which the visitor cannot have this product in the form in which it was ordered and as soon as he received them.
The owner is not responsible for late delivery to the visitor because of fault of the courier / third parties.
Prices and documents issued
Prices that the visitor sees in this website apply to one product and include VAT.
The product price does not include the cost of handling cash, and the cost of transporting the product to the visitor (if such costs will be incurred). These costs are described in the Tariff of courier services. The product price does not include any fees / commissions related to electronic payments via external systems.
The price of each product can be modified by the owner at any time and without notice.
The owner has the right to refuse to execute an order for a product if the quoted price does not match the current one for any reason. In such cases, the owner is obliged to inform the visitor about the discrepancy, but does not owe compensation to the visitor.
For each order the owner issues the necessary documents proving the purchase (invoices, receipts, transceivers protocols) as required by the Bulgarian law. Costs related to possible correction of the information in these documents are for the part that has admitted the error condition.
Denial of ordered goods
According to Art. 55 of the CPA of the Bulgarian legislation, the visitor has the right to return purchased goods without giving any reason and without penalties and compensation within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. In this case, if the goods have been paid in advance, the owner is obliged to reimburse the visitor the value of goods paid within 30 calendar days from the moment the visitor said waiver of goods. The cost of transporting the goods to the office of Bioprogramme JSC and for a refund (if any) in this case are borne by the visitor.
The owner has the right to refuse to return a purchased item if it is returned to the visitor without proper documentation issued with the purchase (incl. Invoice / bill of goods, receipt) or if the product is damaged or with impaired appearance.
The visitor has the right to refuse to accept goods delivered without compensation in each of these cases:
- if there is a difference in price of the commodity to the contract at the time of placing the order;
- if at the time of delivery identifies obvious defects in goods or damaged packaging and prove this with protocol for damaged merchandise signed by the courier;
- if the supplied goods do not correspond to the ordered by him;
In each of the above cases, if the product was paid in advance, owner recovers the amounts paid by the visitor within 30 calendar days from the date of filing of the refusal.
Outside these cases, delivered goods that are rejected to be received, the visitor pays the cost of transporting goods to the address of the client and back to the office of the owner.
Information concerning the goods
For each of the products on this website is available information about its characteristics and / or images / animations / videos.
Bioprogramme JSC is doing everything possible to keep this information as up to date, but does not undertake responsibilities regarding its accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Therefore owner undertakes upon request from the visitor to seek out and provide the fullest possible additional data for a product as much as possible. The technical parameters and appearance of a product can be changed by the manufacturer of the goods without notice and situations could arise in which that site text information is incomplete or false / images do not match the appearance. In such cases the owner will update data on a product, but does not commit to deadlines for this and is not responsible for the delay of this procedure.
The owner is not liable for any damages or lost profits caused to the visitor and related to the use of information about product parameters of this site, including if he had been warned that such consequences are possible.
