Internally for: in impaired formation and excretion of bile, gallstones and biliary colic. The herb has choleretic, antispasmodic and analgesic effect due to the alkaloids.
Use Externa for: eczema, dermatitis, hemorrhoids.
Internally, as a cold extract 3 cups daily.
Internally, in the form of compresses.
Preparation: 2 teaspoons of the herb poured in 500 ml. cold water, allow to soak for eight hours and strain (dose for one day). The remainder of the strain used for warm compresses.
