Purpose:

Liver: studies show that intake improves liver function and supports liver cell formation, which is a prerequisite for reducing inflammation and damage. Contains flavonoids (silymarin) that have a beneficial effect on conditions such as fatty liver or liver dysfunction.

Brain: helps maintain brain function. It is used in conditions such as Alzheimer's disease because of its ability to slow down and prevent the accumulation of amyloid proteins between nerve cells, respectively the deterioration of brain processes that are often observed with advancing age. 

Bones: stimulates bone mineralization and prevents bone loss.

Cancer: has a strong antioxidant effect and helps protect cells from damage during chemotherapy. 

Breastfeeding: aids in the production of the hormone prolactin in the mother's body, thereby increasing milk production.

Acne: has a positive effect on such conditions due to its strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.

Blood sugar: improves insulin sensitivity and helps lower blood sugar.

Recommended daily dose:

Take as a dietary supplement, 1 capsule, 3 to 4 times daily.
