Nettle root (Urtica dioica root) - 100g
 
Latin name: Radix Urticae dioicae (Urticaceae)
 
It helps for: rheumatism, arthritis, gout, treatment of kidney and prostate. It has styptic and enhancing effect, decreases high blood pressure and sugar content in blood in bile and liver diseases, constipation, stomach cramps and digestive disorders. Helps with anemia, bleeding (especially the uterus), hemorrhoids and severe menstrual bleeding. Externally for eczema, burns first degree, insect bites, nosebleeds, sciatica, hair loss and skin diseases.
 

Internal use: 3 cups of tea a day.

Preparation:
- Infusions: 1-2 tablespoons herb poured in 400 ml. boiling water, soak 1 hour and strain.
- Externally, use the same infusion.

Note: It is widely used against hair loss - 100 grams dried leaves are boiled in 0,5 l of water and 0,5 l. of vinegar. With potion massage hair roots before bedtime.
