Application: Internal - to relieve inflammation of the upper respiratory tract (cough, bronchitis).

Method of preparation: For internal use - 50 g of pine tips are boiled in 1 liter of water until the amount is reduced by half. Cool and sweeten as desired with honey or sugar. One cup of cofee 3 times a day.

For inhalations - take 20g of pine tips and put them in 250 ml boiling water. The patient leans over the vessel and inhales the vapor. Inhalations last 10-15min.
