Sage leaves - 50 g

The Latin name is Folium Salvia officinialis (Labiatae / Lamiaceae)

Application: internal: catarrhal gastro - intestinal, liver and biliary inflammation, stomach ulcers, sore throat, tonsillitis, laryngitis, in flatulence, increased salivation, depression and a state of fear, infertility in women, whites, eczema and others. External: gargle and festering wounds and eczema.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon of the herb pour 250 ml of boiling water, brewed 20 min. / Gargle tea is made with 2 tablespoons of the herb /. Recommended mixing with chamomile flowers 1:1. It is also used for inhalations.

Usage: as a tea two cups a day; externally as gargle and bathrooms.
Note: not for use by persons with acute kidney inflammation and acute cough.
