Application:
- Internal - assist functions of the respiratory tract. Supports the body in cold conditions and cough of different origin. Thanks to its rich content of thyme essential oil has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, expectorant, antispasmodic and carminative action. It has also a painkiller action. It helps to relax the nervous system.
- External - can be used for baths, for the purpose of relaxation. It can also be used for gargling and rinsing of the oral cavity.

Use: internal - brew 1 cup of tea 3 times a day before meals. External: gargle, wash baths.

Preparation:
- Internal - 1 tablespoon brewed with 250 ml of boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
- External - 50 grams. of the herb is boiled in 1 l. of water for 10 minutes.
