Description Perennial plant, 20-60 cm high
Stem ascending, rarely leafy, simple or branched. Leaves ovate, entire, obtuse. Stems and leaves covered with short soft hairs. Flowers red emerging from the axils of the upper leaves. Blooms June- September.
