Senna herbal tea for constipation

Ingredients: senna leaf (100%)

Intended use:  

Constipation: the main active compounds in the herb are sennosides, which stimulate bowel movement. Because of this laxative effect, senna leaves are most commonly used for constipation. 

For prolonged use, consult your home doctor.

Directions. Put 1-2 packs of tea in 250 ml of boiling water for 5-6 min. For optimal effect, drink before bedtime.
